Spa Pure in Chilliwack

I booked an apt 3 weeks in advance for me and 2 friends for the pure package 3 hour deal. I had a friend go in and confirm and check everything out. All was good. The 3 of us arrived at our apt and were shown to our perspective massage rooms even though we were assured we would be TOGETHER. After our massge and facials we went to have our mani pedis that were part of the package, to be told there were only 2 girls qualified to do them so one of us had to sit and wait for the hour and THEN the other could have her mani pedi. That didn't work for us as we had lunch plans. Needless to say it really brought down our girls day to have one of us sitting in the corner watching the other 2 be pampered. My friend was charged full price, offered no discount and told she could finish her apt at a location closer to her home. I sent an email expressing my feeling that we did not get what we booked and was pretty much called a liar by Cindy who is a partner in Spa Pure and her position is to take care of the day to day stuff.
