The government of NB has given us the go ahead to reopen our clinic! As you can imagine, this reopening will look a little different from how our office ran prior to COVID-19, but many of the protocols will feel familiar in this post Covid world. We have taken every precaution to comply with all provincial COVID-19 regulations set out by the NB Association of Optometrists and Public Safety.
We will need to observe physical distancing while in the office, which means the biggest change to how our office works is a limited number of people will be allowed inside at any given time. In order to ensure physical distancing can be observed, we will have a staff member at our front door to help guide everyone in. Appointments will be necessary for eye exams, and we can now book appointments for a glasses fitting or repair, contact lens assessments, and for curbside pickup of any products, including Eye Drops, Lid Wipes, Omega-3’s and others.
