Founded in 1928, Camp Ak-O-Mak is the world’s first swimming and sports camp for girls. Located 300 km north of Toronto on beautiful Ahmic Lake in the Parry Sound region, we offer girls ages 7 – 16 competitive and instructional programs in swimming; open water swimming; triathlon and sprint canoe/kayak racing; running; biking; and other land sports.
