I employed Sterling Wellspring Architectural Developments Corporation (Sterling Wellspring), of Calgary, to design and build my home.
I have known the owners since January 2001. During our tenure, Sterling Wellspring was distinguished by employing practical, sound, and traditional concepts with functional and innovative techniques to create, design, plan, and build my home. I have also learned, the owner’s are leading citizens within the Alberta Architectural and Construction community for their communal, economical, and environmental cognizance governing home construction.
The creative ability to visualize, formulate, design, and turn my aspirations, dreams, and imaginary thoughts into tangible reality, was very important. The affable personalities of the owners and ‘can do’ spirit acquiesces to a congruous working relationship allowing for development of a heart-warming and long lasting customer/client relationship.
The owners’ ethical and moral values are beyond reproach. They are industrious individuals with traditional work ethics, unquestionable integrity, and the tenaciousness to ensure every detail of the home and property are constructed according to your requirements, and are of the highest standard and highest quality befitting their personal trademark and the name of the corporation.
My judgment of their work is predicated upon my personal observations. I started my search for a designer and builder many years prior to January 2001. My search was very intensive. I interviewed many designers and builders from Calgary to Vancouver Island, whom I visited at their homes, offices, or at their work locations. My discussions with them were just as intensive; my observations of their work very detailed. I compared the work of the other designers and builders to the work of Sterling Wellspring. Sterling Wellspring’s work reflects care, and the time taken to accomplish the work correctly, which makes me happy, and makes me feel safe.
Sterling Wellspring has provided me with a comfortable, pleasant, spacious, warm, well built home. I will miss the challenges we overcame together, and I will miss our exchange of ideas. In sum, I will admittedly miss the harmonious working relationship that gave me a home matching my dreams, imagination, and personality.
