Broadmead Flower Shop in Victoria

I've honestly and truly never had a worse experience in my life with any retail establishment. My husband ordered me flowers for a surprise. At 10am they called me (ruining the surprise) because they were "worried if they didn't send it by noon I would have left work". I pointed out politely that perhaps the best thing to do in a situation like that would be to contact the person who had ordered the flowers, not the recipient. Then, while I was in important meetings at 3:30, they called and called my cell phone. Not able to answer their call, I texted my secretary who followed up with them. They informed her the flowers had "already been delivered 30 mins prior" and promptly hung up on her. She took time to search all around my work building and the flowers had not been delivered. She texted back to let me know. Again, as I was in important meetings, the shop called again so I texted my husband who spent a good part of his afternoon trying once again to arrange delivery - apparently the driver got "lost".
