We had made an appointment with them. Took the day off work, got everything ready for them (moved furniture etc). Waited and waited. No phone call. Got finally a hold of them two days later. No apology. Made another appointment. No show again. No phone call, nothing. They called the next day, booked another appointment (i know - our fault). Anyways they stood us up again!! They did not even answer our call. They must have caller id. Just so frustrating as we made all those arrangements and they did not even call to cancel. Wasted 3 days of our life. Read more Less
