I can only stress to you people out there, DO NOT USE THIS BUILDER, he is not part of the BBBand does not follow through with his deficiences. As promised by us a multitude of times he would come over and fix his issues, but that was a fail!!!!! We found out the hard way by using his trades, for defeciences they were often lied too about getting paid.....
