Soul Water Plus in Hamilton

My family and I thought we would try a new place for our water... big mistake. Terrible customer service, I almost want to say rude. I think the owners name was Rob, wow what a character he is, he acted like he was doing me some huge favor and was basically rude to me while getting my water and then trying to rush me out the door with no offer to help put the bottles in my car.
<br /> The place itself looked dirty and dingy and I swear I seen something run across the floor out of the corner of my eye. The counters were stained and looked like they haven't been cleaned in awhile. When we got home and tasted the water, it seemed off, something didn't taste right about it and we ended up dumping it out and going to our regular store for our refills.
