BC AquaNature in Maple Ridge

Called this company on the recommendation of a pond equipment supplier. What a mistake. Paid $100 "consultation" fee and got absolutely nothing in return - no follow-up to my emailed questions, no price estimate, nothing! I waited over 3 weeks with absolutely no reply to my email and when I called, there were some lame excuses about not getting email and being super busy. He still couldn't answer those initial questions either. So I asked for a refund and he reluctantly agreed to drop it off at the pond equipment store. That never happened. Like I said, don't even call Toby at BC AquaNature. If his workmanship is anything like his customer service, you'll be in for a world of hurt with a crappy pond. Read more Less
