The job looked great when completed but noticed water pooling in a certain area. Contacted company to come and repair.

Serviceman came and during what was supposed to be a repair turned out as a disaster - because they were using a torch, they ended up melting downspout of eaves trough, bottom horizontal vinyl melted, and front horizontal part of wooden deck scorched. Many calls to company promising to repair damaged areas; this was summer of 2013 - it is now April 2014 and they have not kept their word nor responded to e-mails and phone messages.

Would not recommend this company - their customer service is terrible. Read more Less
