I was a customer of Lava Nails, But I know longer will be, I had a very unpleasant unprofessional experience.
I went into the salon on Monday Dec 1,2014 for a pedicure upon my arrival they told me I would have to wait .,I had my coffee with me so it wasn't. a issue for me to wait.
The lady on reception first told me to pick a color of nail polish so they wouldn't have to wait for me when they were ready, in a very nasty tone.
I realized she was not in a good mood she spoke to me in a very nasty tone. There was only two other girls working that day, The manager Victor was also doing nails, after 1/2 hour the miserable lady said she would do my nails.
By her demerner I knew she didn't want to do the pedicure,As she was cutting the toe nails, I asked to please make them straight across, she YELLED at me that they were straight across.
I then asked her file them a little more, she threw all her tools down and said some one else will have to do my toes. She left me sitting in cold water and I sat there for 20 minutes or more and no one came over to finished the pedicure.
Victor the Manager was sitting there doing someone else's nails, and I made the comment. How I didn't like how I was being treated. And he brushed it off.
So I took my feet out of the cold water and slipped. No one bothered to offer me a towel or any assistance so I left.
You as a business must remember,That the customer pays your wages. WORD OF MOUTH GOES A VERY LONG WAY I THE BUSINESS WORLD.
Yours Truly
Very unsatisfied customer, who has a very large group of friends.
