Deluxe Nails in Courtice

This was the worst nail salon I have ever been to. As a regular pedicure and manicure client of various nail salons, I was extremely disappointed in the service I received at Deluxe Nails. While receiving the pedicure, the women asked both my mom and I at least 10 times if we wanted to upgrade to the "deluxe pedicure" for ONLY $15 extra. This deluxe pedicure included what any other pedicure place I have been to includes free of charge. Not the wax treatment, just the simple scrub. Then, as she did my manicure, she left every single nail with a jagged edge and began to paint the nail. Once she noticed the nails were not smooth she started filing, with the nail polish still on, making the polish job bumpy. As well, she didn't paint the entire nail, leaving large portions at the edges unpainted. When I asked her to please paint the entire nail, she did the messiest job she could. When I was sent to let them dry I noticed two of my nails now had deep splits and all the edges were still jagged. I made her remove the polish and refused to pay. I would rate this salon with a 0/5.
