Established in November 2007 Fireflow Yoga offer Ashtanga based yoga clases at our Yonge Eglinton Studio. We offer daily classes, prenatal, kids yoga, private session, yoga for men, and yoga teacher training. We pride ourselves on our teaching excellence. Our small, independent studio offers real yoga taught in an authentic and personable environment. We have hosted some of the world's best yoga teachers such as Mark Darby, Matthew Sweeney, and Sting's Yoga teacher Danny Paradise.
