Our owner and founder, Matt, started his painting career in grade 12. With experience helping his father and grandfather – themselves hobby carpenters and painters – he started to take on work with family friends after his grandfather retired in the 1990s. This started a natural progression and Matt has been painting full-time since 2008 under the name ‘Matteo Painting’.
From its humble beginnings as a one-person summer job, our painting company soon grew into a dedicated team of full-time and part-time painters with a commitment to client satisfaction. After a rebrand in the spring of 2017, McHugh Painting was born.
