Our open grill restaurant’s signature jerk rub and open-flame bring out the unique flavors of the authentic Mongolian food in every piece of meat and chicken we cook. Good-quality chicken and meats are chosen, and then we apply our signature spice rubs and allow the flavors to permeate the meat for at least 24 hours before we grill the jerk chicken and stir fry dishes.
