Global Health Physiotherapy Clinic offers full-service physical therapy treatments for a number of conditions. The clinic is comprised of a team of experienced physiotherapists that are committed to restoring the health of their patients through a 5 Level Program of Care.
The program starts with manual therapy to address immediate issues that are causing undesirable symptoms. Manual therapies can include massage, active release, stretching and other state-of-the-art supplemental equipment (electrical stimulation, ultrasounds, laser therapy, shockwave treatment and paraffin wax treatments).
The second level of treatment is an active exercise program designed to strengthen weekend muscles. The third level is a pain control program to reduce the amount of pain a patient experiences from their condition. The fourth level provides education to the patient to ensure they are aware of the potential hazards to avoid (activity, specific motions, food, etc) as well as the homework required to move their conditions forward. The final level of treatment is a home exercise program custom designed to improve and strengthen mobility, strength, flexibility and endurance.
